Since January 27, 2020, the Township of Ramara requires the operators and owners of all Short-Term Rental Accommodations within the Township to obtain an annual licence to operate. The Short-term Rental Accommodation Bylaw 2020.11, sets out all the requirements to qualify for a licence. The following forms can be found in the Document Library section located on the right:

All the required documents and forms must be supplied to the Township in addition to the annual licensing fee of $1000.00.
Pre-Screening meetings are available to review your eligibility for a licence. Pre-Screening Meetings can be scheduled by emailing the Manager of Community Standards, Jon Popple at jpopple@ramara.ca.
